NOTE - There is a sustained grade of 12% to 14% with ramps up to 18% between Hatcher Pass Lodge and Hatcher Pass. This unpaved segment is 1.3 miles long and is a very challenging finish to a long climb - and start of a long downhill bomb!
DESCRIPTION: Put on your climbing shoes! We will ride from Palmer up-and-over Hatcher Pass, and then chase gravel to the Parks Hwy before swinging left and hanging on to the Wasilla finish.
(Notice that the finish leaves you about 10 miles from the Palmer start!)
